  • • 100% refund up to 14 days prior to arrival

    • 50% refund up to 7 days before arrival

    • Less than 7 days there will be no refund

    • 50% payment is due at time of your booking

    • The remaining balance is due 5 days before your arrival

    • A pre-authorization of a $250 security deposit is held on your credit card during your stay. If no damages occur during your stay the full deposit will be automatically refunded to you upon check-out.

  • • Check-in anytime after 4pm

    • As this is a self check-in Hotel, you will be provided with a key code to access the building and your suite

    • Three days prior to your arrival (or sooner if your booking is within three days) you will receive comprehensive check in instructions along with a unique link and password to our digital house manual

    • You may enter the Hotel through the front or back entrances

    • We do not have staff present to assist you with your luggage

  • • Check-out is by 11am.

  • • There are no staff present on the premises

    • We offer a 24/7 virtual concierge service

  • • We trust that you will leave your suite in the condition that you found it when you checked in

    • You will be responsible for any damaged or missing items that occurred during your stay with us

  • • Our Digital Suite Manual is a concise overview of your suite including instructions for the internet, TV, appliances and more

    • You will receive access to it once we receive your booking

  • • We kindly ask that you separate your garbage and recycling in the bins provided in the kitchen island

  • • One space per vehicle is allotted to each guest suite

    • Our parking spaces are identified by Suite #

    • We appreciate you parking carefully so that other guests can easily park in their spot

  • • There is no smoking allowed anywhere inside the Hotel

    • We ask that you respect our other guests regarding noise levels and loud music, particularly in the late evening

    • We are dog friendly but please speak with us in advance of booking if you wish to bring your pet

  • • We do not have a restaurant on the premises or provide room services however we are in walking distance to multiple coffee shops, bars and restaurants on Main Street just out our front or back door
